Complaint Ignored

Bought 3GB data bundles @ R199 twice it was all gone in a matter of days, this was strange coz normally 2GB last me more than 30 days. This is due to the fact that l normally use downloads from workplace. I sent emails twice informing Telkom using official address provided on their page & l received receipt acknowledgement. Its more than a week now still have not received any response from them. In the meantime l have lost 500mb and 1GB in a matter of hours just by connecting without downloads. Not sure why Telkom adopt this kind of arrogance because they no longer have monopoly, they still have long way to go in attracting new customers into mobile service business.
