Complaint from the 11th of August is not resolved

I got charged today R795 on my Telkom bill.<br> <br> This is extremely frustrating as the account issue is so simple. I had a data account for R399 pm. If I use less I get charged the same. If I go over it cuts so its the SAME EVERY MONTH. So simple. I upgraded to uncapped LTE which is R599 pm. Nothing more nothing less and I got a confirmation sms that my account was upgraded and I would be charged that from that day forward.<br> I have been charged for both accounts in June, July and now in August R795.<br> I need the old account closed as it was upgraded and no longer want a credit but a refund of R399 X2 for June and July plus R196 which I was charged now in August extra. ( R795 - R599 ).<br> So simple, why is this proving to be so difficult to understand.<br> I have been a loyal customer for so long, I am opening a business next year, why on earth would I use Telkom as my Internet provider for the business if this is the service I am going to get. Please feel free to email me if you do not get hold of me on my phone, I work and I cant wait around and be inconvenienced for a call from Telkom while I am working as this has taken more time than necessary already.
