Complaint for refund

I feel like hello Peter is failing me too

To this day I'm still waiting for my refund that telkom took. I had a case nr: ***0 as I'm typing this. The agent tells me it was dine incorrectly and that I'm instead charged for returned device. I'm not sure what she is talking about. I need my money that telkom took from my account for something I don't have
