Complaint

Am utterly disgusted by telkom. I have currently 4 contracts with them and I have 3 going off on my one bank account and the other one on a different bank account. The debit order return due to non payment. I then wen to pay the amount into telkom business account a few days later and found that my one account was send for collections and that they charging me a debit order fee. Telkom firstly your are not the bank to charge return debit order fees. Stop ripping people off.
