COMPLAINT

On Sunday the 10/11/21 myself and my finance had gone into the telkom store at the chatsworth centre. We had been there to renew our contract. Upon renewing this contract i noticed a muslim gentlemen talking to my fiance about our new contract she didnt understand in regards to what he was saying. So because im more clued up i approached this gentlman in a kind manner. He's attitude the way he spoke to me and my gf was totally different. With a lady he would be more carm in regards to explaining the product but towards me a man he was been more of a teacher as if i was uneducated. When i confronted him about this he's body language was as if he wanted to resolve to violence. Now not only do we have a new contract that we dont understand anything about. We've tried calling the store from Monday this week till today they never pick up or they cut the call off. Absolutely disgraceful and very very poor service. I suggest to many out there rather go to Vodacom, Mtn or Cellc top service and yes they pick up the calls to assist you. I wish to be contacted buy vodacom or that very same store on ***.
