Complaint, disappointing

They don't even deserve the one star, I was approached by a telkom consultant in Randburg for a contract. I repeatedly asked him if he is sure that the amount debited will not exceed the R139.00. He assured me. The first month, telkom debited an amount of R480 something which I could not understand. I ignored it. The second time, the debit was again the same amount and I reversed it. Knowing that the first debit covered the the sim card once off fee of R99, first installment of R139 and the second months installment. No one from telkom ever contacted me to discuss this. Because I was sure after I reversed it, they would call me.

I now receive an sms stating that my account has been handed over to Nudebt. And I want telkom and Nubedt to know that I am not going to pay a single cent until this matter is resolved and I am given the correct amountm
