Complaint

am not very happy about the service I get from Telkom contact centre. I lost my SIM card ,I called in on Monday was advised to buy a SIM card call the Telkom contact centre to do SIM swipe which I did on my Monday was told that by Tuesday it will work. Tuesday I call again was told they don't see anything on the system and no one did that SIM swipe request for me, On the very same day the guy I spoke to advice that he was going to assist me with doing a SIM swipe for me . So today am calling again to check how far is my request guess what nothing has been done. Please a need help and this is not the first time they have done that to me
