Complaint - Bad service from Telkom

I have been without my internet connection for 3 days now. My account was suspended with no reason. I have called Telkom 4 times drove to their office in Eastgate. I still have no joy. How does an account that owes nothing that was top up same week become suspended. My line( ***) Telkom has no decency too explain nor fix my connection?
