Complaint bad service

Had the worst service of ever received from Telkom. Lack of communication delays on applications processing however no proper feedback when I call to follow up. Call agents give different stories on update and false promise to expedite the process which never happened. To top it off have been requested to make a payment of R 700.00 which I was not advised what its for. Furthermore after the payment still not advised when the installation will take place.

Then we wonder why the state owned enterprise fail when quality of service is so Bad.
