Complaint- Bad Customer Service

We are very dissapointed with the service we have received from Telkom. My husband placed an order for a router and a HUAWEI Y3 from the call centre sales agent which we received in October however by November the 21st the router was not working and we have not used the phone from our side. When we took both to Maponya Mall ,my husband wanted to return the phone and the router was not connecting to the internet. We were told by Linda Mkhwa****(floor manager) that both devices have been active since the 15th Oct 2018.

From our side there was no sign of internet connectivity and we were also out of town hence we could not return it on time. On the 6th of Dec 2018 I started experiencing problems with the same phone mentioned above since we decided to keep it. It couldn't switch on altogether, we then decided to take it back on the 8th Dec coming back from a business trip out of Gauteng. Mpho Molaudzi a technician at Maponya comnfirmed that the phone has a problem rebooting or rather switching it on. This phone is less than3 months old and we are already expereincing technical malfunctioning , we took it back to Maponya Mall where we were toold taht they can't give us a loan phone, that is why it is explained in their terms and conditions. These conditions were never explained to us telephonically by their sales agents. I am now being inconvenienced without a phone that was taken for a purpose of running a business. According to Linda Mkhwa**** who is the floor manager at Maponya , her store manager Nono Zwane said there is nothing that she can do as they dont have stock for devices that have been brought after 7 days of purcchase however there's stock available for devices brought back within 7 days of purchase. With that being said, there's no loan device that I can use in the interim while my phone is being sent for repairs. Our frustration is that this product is less that 3 moths and Telkom feels that is not their problem and it is OK for us to be incovinienced.

I need an Urgent intervention , I cant be without my phone for 14days even a 1day as I use it for work and all my business contacts are on that phone. I am more dissaponited with Nono Zwane who sent Linda Mkhwa**** to give us her contact numbers for us to call her. Who is a client in this case? If she doesnt want to deal with Unhappy clients, she must let her pist be given to someone competent to handle our frustrations and unhappiness.

Please someone from Telkom must contact me URGENTLY on ********** 067 or ********** 456.

Thanking you in advance. Regards Palesa Kubu
