Complaint: Bad Bad... Poor service

I have a contract with Telkom and I am paying Plus minus R1000 every month for 36 months. On or during the 25 May 2024, it happened that they did not receive their payment. They sent me smses advising that I am owing and they will debit R2200 the following month which is for May and June adding R200 penalty fee. They did not debit the money instead they debited R1700 and that was never arranged with me they just debited instead of debiting the whole money that I am owing them. During the month of July 2024. They sent me a message stating that I am owing them R1700 but they did debit. They kept on sending me messages until month end. I received a call from their debt collectors who advised me that they have handed me over. I asked her why they handed me over because they are the once who did not debit the full money I am owing and money was there in my account. The lady apologised and advised that she does not understand why they handed me over to them. On the 25 July they debited R1200 instead of R1700 and money was enough for them to debit. I went to the Telkom in Westgate and they said there is nothing they can do to assist me they contacted their collection department and we spoke to a lady who was very rude and unhelpful. She advised that it is the contract that I have signed which I still do not understand. As I am paying Telkom every month my services were suspended since May 2024 till today yet Telkom is debiting my money and they debit extra R200 every month yet they are still saying I am owing them. I am so disappointed wth the service I get from Telkom and I want them to cancel my contract wth them since they have suspended my policy yet they debit extra money every month and my services are still suspended even now and they have listed my name but the money Is there in my account and I am not even able to pay at their Telkom shop. I want Telkom to resume my service from May until now or they must cancel their contract with me as they have now ruined my name for nothing and they are making money out of this. I have cell c and they have never done such a thing. Telkom services are very bad and their network is just worse these days. I have been using them for ever but they are not treating their customers fairly.
