Complaint

Telkom is taking me to lawyers, they claiming i owe them R980, they threatening to blacklist me.i have a contract of 2gig per month for R100.i have chosen an option of a prepaid that once that 2 gig is finished i can recharge i don't understand how did i get to 980,they never communicated with me before,these threats. Kindly assist me.
