Complaint and Urgent Attention Needed

Good day please contact me urgently regarding a new contract I wanted to open now at your Branch in Kempton Park Thembi is the manager with cell number *** Telkom Glen Balad Mall. I have an existing business contract on *** and wanted to take out another contract now but can’t get it to happen. Then I asked her to please take it out on my personal name and also cant seem to get this sorted I have phoned many times and went into the store many times and still no feedback I have to follow up all the time and still no answer please assist urgently.
