Complaint against waiting time

I called the 10213 nr 5 times , and was on hold without speaking to agent for 7min, 18 min, 25min、 15min, 5min,5min,3min respectively al on 8/1/18. Their call centre service is appauling.. I would not advise anyone to use them. And the cherry on cake is that branches do not answer calls either.
