Complaint Against Telkom Insurance Finrite Administrators

I am being taken advantage on by paying insurance on a device that I no longer own. My telkom contract terminated in January 2020 (after serving a 30 day notice in December 2019. I notified Finrite to cancel the agreement and debit order in January as I no longer have the insured device. I have been writing emails requesting cancellation. No one is acknowledging the receipt or getting back to me. This is the last escalation before approaching the National Consumer Commission as I am being treated unfairly.
