Complaint against Busisiwe Majola & Letoya Smith

A call was logged to cancel my contract with you at the end of Feb 2019, and the following reference number was given to me: ********** 6. I noticed that you billed me again for March. I called in and spoke to a very *********** lady called Busisiwe Majola. Take a listen to her call at 08h37 this morning. Her service is disgraceful, no wonder I'm leaving you brand! She could pick up anything with this ref number, couldn't tell me who her manager is, couldn't refer me to someone more educated than herself - how do you hire distasters like this? Letoya Smith (Team Leader of Busisiwe Majola) came on the line and told me that I should listen to her staff, and was reaching conclusions without doing any proper investigation. An absolute disgrace that you have dropped your level of service so much by hiring IDIOTS like this!!! Get back to me regarding this cancellation. You are running a circus there!
