complaint about Telkom Mobile

Telkom Mobile has been a pain to me for the past 2 months, my contract has ended and they dont want to move my contract to prepaid as I have requested, now after two months off calling every week they charge me R220.00 for cancelling my contact, i think I have spoken to every call center agent in SA , and still I am not being assisted , my case number: ********** 3 was closed with no resolution. have spoken, Mbali zondo, Thembeka Myeza, Nhlakanipho and list goes on, can they just cancel my contract now and leave me in peace . I am now even thinking off going direct to their river horse valley call center to get my matter resolved
