Complaint about telkom fixed line look a like

Shocking service. I recieved a telkom fixed line look alike now 2 weeks ago. I was told it takes 24 to 48 hoirs to work. It is still not working after 100s of phones calls. 100s of emails. Telkom does not give a **** about there customers its actuslly shocking. Worst company in the country to deal with.
