Complaint about Telkom

I cancelled my Telkom contract on the 2nd June 2020.the last payment was in july 2020.Thay said 30 days to cancel it.This Telkom guys still they still go to my NedBANK acc ,and ***** money .They did that in August and September 2020ĺ. Please ask them to stop.
