Complaint about Telkom

I, Loretta O'Connor, would like to ask hello Peter how they can help me resolve my problem with Telkom. They are supposed to debit R369 but they always want to debit more than they supposed to, due to that my debit order always gets reversed. They always send me case numbers via sms but never contact me, the consultants consistently gives me wrongful advice and now I have to pay for it. Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
