Complaint about Telekom poor reception

I have been using Telkom since 2012 but struggling with the coverage from Mount Frere in Eastern Cape, the reception is very poor this side we can't use telkom mobile data, we are forced to use all net mobile data and its too expensive, there are no offers for my town wich is Mount Frere, I feel like we are being neglected whilst other areas benefit from all your offers. Telkom please, there must be a way to improve your coverage in Mount Frere before you loose more customers.
