Complaint about complaint

Telkom is getting more and more pathetic. once you advise them about their poor service and blatant theft of their clients hard earned money all they do is post a message on this site saying : ' your complaint is being escalated\ and that is where it ends. you dont hear from them again and they just continuing to ***** your money via debit order. if you read through clients complaints on this site alone it is quite evident that they dont give 2 hoots about sorting out their clients' issues. Your complaint just get escalated to whomever but it never gets sorted???<br> <br> for being the biggest telecommunications company in S.A they have really pathetic service.<br> <br> Another ESKOM in the making."
