Complaint about bad service

I'm currently having the worst experience with Telkoms claims department. I have never experienced such pathetic services from its consultant. A claim was logged for my mother's cell phone about two months ago and we get is excuses and everytime we call we get different responses. I have logged complaints through them not even an acknowledgedment. If I would ever recommend them to anyone I would be insane.
