COMPLAINT ABOUT BAD SERVICE

Hello Peter I had a very bad experience with this company In 2018 my sister took a contract phone with insurance only to find out that their employee did not capture the information correctly. Unfortunately they phone was ****** now its very difficult for her to get the phone back. It was December 2018 when we reported the case at Telkom until this very date the no phone. The guy who made a mistake Conroy at Somerset Mall store is giving us an attitude even people at Telkom call centre are not willing to assist. Only last week I managed to speak to a professional person but since December we are struggling to get a phone as we signed the insurance.
