I had the worst service ever at telkom festival mall I app**** for a cellphone contract which was approved last week Saturday but becausè they did not have stock ín store i told that they would contact me as soon as they receive stock and I agreed on Monday I received a call to come collect the cellphone but due to personal matters I could not make it and I explained to the sales lady that i could not make it and I explained that i would on the 26th july but I went to the store tocollect my cellphone only to be told that they cancelled everything please can you help me escalate this matter
