Complaint

I took a contract phone with Telkom of R1399 and my first instalment(Debit Order) debited on 31st of March 2021 however yesterday the ***1 I received an sms stating that I’m in Arrears and I thought it was a mistake because the contracted debit order of R1399 was successful But when I call them, I was informed of R102.02 in Arrears And when I took the contract I was never told or informed of the additional amount Secondly they are the ones who initiated the debit order why would they short Debit Therefore I am disappointed in Telkom and will appreciate if the arrears can be removed as a matter of urgency
