Complaint

I have a complaint about Telkom they debited their money yet they did not give me my data for this month and I've been calling them ensuring me that I'll get it after 48 hours till today I'm still waiting and they said I have an outstanding balance that is 1,125 which I've been paying them and I bought the 200 rands plan but they've been debiting 330rands which I still don't understand how they could do that
