Complaint

Since I placed the order online as of the 11 of March 2020 they are failing to give proper service by delivery of the order yet the deduction have taken place by the 12 March 2020. Every day I call and get different agents or consultant and they give me different response while they don't want to send me to their management when I request them to do so.
