Complaint

Three weeks ago I made an online application for a contract phone. On Friday the 26th of June one of the sales consultants phoned me to complete my application. She told me that i will get a conformation message before they can deliver my phone. On Sunday evening at 22:00pm they debit my money, no confirmation from them, no communication, no phone but already they take my money. First of all that was not the agreement and the agreed date. They put money first but when we call them they don't even take our calls, i tried emailing them no response. I really need someone to answer this. I feel ****med, this a ****************!
