Good day

I am very disappointed in the service I received from the agents.

My network is off for two days now but money was debited from my account yesterday by Telkom now they are giving me stories.

But when my account is in arrears they are quick to call me and send SMS's to say I my account is in arrears.

This is poor customer service and I will never take out a contract cellphone with Telkom ever again.
