Complaint

Telkom has a problem in cancelling contracts when they expired. It will take them a few days to approve a contract but it will take them months to cancel a contract when expired. I'm so disappointed as they are still deducting money from my account even after cancellation and they always sent me messages to say that the deductions still continues until the cancellation is processed.
