God day please help I have been trying to cancel my services with Telkom and they have been reluctant on doing that I have been log call backs on their website and no one has been calling I have sent a letter to them requesting that they cancel my services and now I am being charged for something that I do not use anymore I requested them to cancel the data package that I have with them and still even now now one has contact me back regarding this .i am very disappointed about their service it’s is very unprofessional even on their app it does not allow me to cancel the package as it is greyed out please help with this issue I do not know what to do know as this is affecting my credit profile
