COMPLAINT

I have never been as dissatisfied by a service provider as I am with Telkom. I have a had the most horrible experience and I would never not even a single day refer anyone to them.

I bought a FreeMe 500 bundle however I am not able to make calls, it’s been 11 days ever since a case was logged on my behalf which is way past their turnaround time but I’m still unable to make calls, The call Centre experience is even WORSE! I spoke to a consultant by the name of Ntombizodwa and asked to speak to a manager she told me that her manager is in a call and will call me back as soon as that call is done, till this moment I am still awaiting for the call back from her manager, this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable
