Complaint

Telkom is so unprofessional its unbelievable....complaining about a problem from last year June still not fixed...want answers on upgrade cant get any answers...spoke to team managers all promise to resolve query but you dont hear back from there and every time to call you must speak to a different person relate your story and the only answer you get is well investigate and cum back to you...you dont hearfrom anyone...they just dont care!!!
