Complaint!

I took up a data contract with Telkom about a month or month and a half ago, 80 gigs for R199 pm, the agent who sold me the product told me the name of the package is called a 40 gig but I will get 80 giggs day and night respectively, this didn’t make sense to me and I asked him why it is and he said it’s just the name I shouldn’t get it confused, cool… it’s the beginning of the month and I checked my balance now, it doesn’t quite balance because it nowhere states that I have or had 80 gigs, can someone please contact me because I use this to work from home
