COMPLAINT
I was forced to do a migrate on saterdag fibre was installed but since then lot of calls to 10210 & 10213 several ref no and still can not use my internet because of my username that was closed. Ref no: *** / Ref no: ***1./ Ref ***./ TIN no:*** and another Uqjpr@6 as well ***A. Promises that someone will call within the hour twice no call received every time I have to Waite 48 hours with ever call. I have phoned 30 times no resolution. Please cancel this service and refund me the R649 I have paid this month. AS THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

05 Oct 2019, 10:33And yet again still no resolution. No service. For every time I phone I have to Waite 24 to 48 hrs imagine if I add the hours I will never get internet. Consultants do not go the extra mile to assist just I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Really guys it's just a button to rectify a status from close to open but takes 8 days to resolve no call back no feedback. I can't even rate you as your service is so bad
