Complaint

I have a problem with Telekom, I told them that I lost my Job and I asked them to count all the money I owe them and cancel the contract, they told me that I owe them R5192 I paid that money after a month I received a notice says I'm owing 2150 when I asked them about it they said they didn't not cancel the insurance and data I asked them to cancel again the insurance and data even now they didn't cancel when I call Telekom they only listened to what I'm saying then said I must hold they are checking the problem, then I hold until my airtime finished and they didn't not call me back.
