Complaint

Completely useless. The call centre is pathetic. After speaking to the 4th person I still have not received help concerning my account after being a loyal customer for 8years this kind of service is how they lose their contracted members. Never missed a payment in 8 years and all of a sudden without my consent they decide to change the debit order date resulting with me being in areas and my wifi switch off. Now I must chase after them to get this fix just to give them the money. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
