COMPLAINT

I tookout a cellphone contract with Telkom but had queries with the debit order amount always ecalating from the agreed amount .This was from May 2023 to date . Numerous times i have been to their branches with no success requesting for the subscriptions to be stopped and account closed .

I have never recived any assistance expect for being told to use self service options or put on a call with a consultant who will give all the excuses not to help you .

I have requetsed for management and still did not suceed , today i recived an email from credit stating that i have been given 14 days to pay but still not one seems to be interested with my UNRESOLVED QUERY and i still cannot respond to the emails or SMS .

What a joke taking about treating customers fairly but people need to think twice before dealing with TELKOM . It is saddening that one needs to resort to these channels for assistance but they still get their workers to contact to sell another product .
