complaint

i requested for a callback in march for a monthly subscription which was added in my account without my consent for it to be cancelled but it was never cancelled. i requested another callback in April i was called but the person who called kept quiet and hang up. i repeated the same thing last month but no one assisted. today i requested for a callback and a consultant called siyamthanda called and because telkom has been debiting an extra amount on my account not the amount we agreed on. she put me on hold and hang up. i want a manager to call me on ***
