Complaint

I would like to report Nondumiso whom I spoke to on the 23rd of November 2023 just before 6pm. she gave an incorrect reference when I called to get a settlement amount for my telkom contract. I made my payment on the 14th of December 2023, till today my money has not been allocated to my accounts. I payed R6100. I have been calling, sending emails but I'm not getting help.. please assist me urgently
