Complaint

So my balance was R45.52 now when i checked its R0.00 when I call Telkom they say I called 076.... which is my number and worst part that number is not appearing on my call log it appears on theirs only and ice called the call centre they busy telling me there's nothing they can do and I demand the truth I told them in not happy yet they saying sorry how's sorry gonna fix my pain I work hard for my money I'm a bread winner I use my money efficiently on everything how can i call myself do further research amd please contact me ASAP or else I'll move to another network I don't like the service I got at all, do something if it means that search if I really made that call even Vodacom doesn't recognise that call
