COMPLAINT

<p>Good day, my name is Bane Radu. Sometime back last year, i got a call from the Telkom call centre and was offered a wifi package for R399.00. The agreement was for R399.00 not R2000.00 tha has been debited from my account.</p> <p>My kids went to complain at Telkom and they were told to go to the Telkom call centre and i don't even know where the call centre is based.
