<p>I have received such pathetic service from Telkom in Pavilion in Durban. We app**** for a contract about 2 weeks ago and they said they are awaiting stock. When the stock arrived we were not notified about it. We are busy calling and enquiring and the phone doesn't even go through to pavilion it goes through to Jo'burg. When they pick up, they tell you stock has arrived and go to the store. We got there and they say they have stock but we can't have the phone yet we have to wait another three days. When we asked why? They answered they system works like that.</p>
