Complaint

<p>I opened up a cellphone contract with Telkom Mobile Vincent Park branch. My contract gives me 900 smses a month and ill send bulk 2page smses to 30 people and it says my smses have been used up and you keep billing me for smses which im meant to get as part of my package as I only use 80 smses roughly.</p> <p>This is unfair, fix my account so that i can send 900 smses a month. Stop telling me to go to the store because the people at the store refer me back to you.</p> <p>Im being sent all over for a simple thing.</p> <p>Not happy at all, if i could cancel my contract I would but I like your call benefits.</p> <p> </p>
