Complaint

This whole day I couldn't do business from a my telkom contract. From 5 am till 12 midnight I was not receiving calls or able to make calls when I finally get get hold of their customer care .a lady by the name of puseletso answered my call . Firstly her headset was of an the was terrible back round noise. Every time I asked her to check what's happening with the number she would put me on mute an then on hold . She even told me that the is no turn around time when u log a complaint with telkom which she verbalized over 8 times .on a call that lasted over 25 minutes .her team leader or manager was not on the floor at the time so she claims . According to puseletso telkom mobile will not call a client's number to test wether it receives calls or not .they don't even have a turn around time .talk about the most disgusting service ever .considering I'm in customer service my self . I wouldn't not recommend this company to any one considering my current experience with puseletso
