Complaint

I signed a contract with telkom in November, it stated that I'll get 1gb and extra 10gb for the next 6months. However this month which was suppose to be the last month it never came, called them after waiting for almost 20minutes I was told they will investigate. I called again 2days later but still they had no answer. Today I got an sms that it was resolved but still no data. I called again spoke to one of the consultants who told me that it stopped. But why stop on the 5th month. It's so frustrating so tired of this contract and it's so expensive getting out of their contract it's sickening
