Complaint

I had a telkom contract from 2015 September. It ended last year . I then continued with a month to month agreement. I lost my sim and went to a telkom shop in mall of the south a lady advise me to move to a R99.00 package which was cheaper tha the month to month agreement . She made a mistake instead of 1gig she made it to be 10 gig I reported the issue . And she logged a case .and come monthend they took more than the agreed amount I reversed it . And they tried again and I reversed the second one because the amount was way more than the agreed amount . And I did not use the entire 10gig . I then went to main street to change to prepaid . But still I received 1gig this month . Telkom is a **** service provider .now I received a letter of demand from them asking for R745. I cancelled the contract long time .
