Complaint
I need help. Telkom just don't care. My landline and wifi is off since 16 September 2018. I do have numerous complaints and request to Telkom regarding this. There was a cable problem but was fixed. All my neighbors phones was rectify but not mine. My Telkom number is ********** 931. Please help. I ask them to go to the box on the corner of Camp and Boekenhoutkloof street a Booysens. That box C8 is where my fone is link to. But they just don't listen to me. Please I'm begging for help. Please

28 Sept 2018, 12:23I do have screenshots and photos of all My Whatsapp messages and fb messages to Telkom since 16/09/2018. They don't send out technical supports and ignores my request to go and look at the bord. C8. Please I'm begging for help
