I have been a loyal customer for 20 yrs and pay my bills every month but Telkom service and internet is pathetic. I never get my issue fixed all I get told is that the Telkom exchange is the issue. I never get any compensation or discounts for being a loyal customer or having to tolerate Telkoms poor services. Nobody everr takes an interest or responds to complaints.Telkom is a greedy monopoly who likes selling prodiucts but aftersales is non existant. They should be fined for *********** customers.

25 Aug 2018, 21:27You should be telling me if Telkom sorted out their erxchange. I live in daily frustration having to accept such a poor internet connection. It has no use to complain as this falls on deaf ears.
